The Pick Of The Litter – 26 October 2021

If you missed this week’s PICK OF THE LITTER from The SPCA of Upstate NY, here’s the information on this week’s featured furry friends who are looking for furr-ever homes:

Leslie: (Photo Shy Pup)
Leslie is a pup full of life and spunk. This girl is always happy, tail wagging and a bounce in her step when she greets you. Leslie is a border collie mix, a stunning black with patches of Merle. She is approximately 4 months old. This girl loves to play, whether with you or on her own. She loves to chew on her Kong toys. Leslie gets along well with other dogs as long as they’re just as energetic. She will do best with an active family, one who can take her hiking or for long walks. She loves everyone and greets them with enthusiasm. This young pup is in need of a forever home and a loving family. Leslie has been spayed and is current on all her routine vaccinations.

Piper (Pictured Pup)
Piper is a laid back dog that needs some extra encouragement to be able to come out of her shell. She loves attention but will wait for you to come to her. With patience and understanding Piper will become more confident and will open up to a more outgoing dog. Piper is approximately 4 months old, still young to be able to learn and build the confidence she needs. She gets along well with other dogs and she loves the snuggles that are given to her. A quieter home that can build her up into a more rambunctious world would be best, as she needs time to adjust and grow. Piper is a black lab mix, a sweet personality and in time, with a loving family this girl will grow and develop into a wonderful outgoing pup. Piper has been spayed and is current on all her routine vaccinations.
